30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We stand by our promise of delivering quality, handcrafted handbags that are tailor-made to your specifications. But, sometimes love isn’t always at first sight. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Martin Marino handbag within 30-days of receipt.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received.

HOW RETURNS WORK

1. Contact Us

Send an email to [email protected] along with your order number or a copy of your receipt. Your feedback is very important to us, please feel free to incorporate any comments about why you are requesting a return. We will respond to you as soon as possible with details on next steps.

2. Ship Your Package

You can either pay for the shipping yourself or you can use our pre-paid shipping label. If you choose to use the pre-paid shipping label then a return-shipping fee of $20 will be deducted from your total refund. All orders must still have the tags, original packaging and be in the original condition as it was received.

3. Processing

After your item arrives, we will process the order as a return. Refunds are not granted on items that are visibly worn or are missing the appropriate tags, as we will ship it back to you and cancel your return.

4. Refund

We will process your refund within ten (10) business days of receiving your order. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment less the return-shipping fee.

Repairs

If the item can be repaired, Martin Marino offers top leather craftsman services in the United States. If this is determined to be a plausible solution, Martin Marino covers all shipping costs. Please contact us for shipping information.

Color Variation

All images displayed on our site are digital photos. Because of conditions of light and background, items might appear slightly different from what they really do in the real world.

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
